Her clinical approach is further strengthened by her doctoral research, which focused on the use of psychoeducation and motivational interviewing to treat diabetes and depression within a polygamous, underserved population.

Outside of the four walls
I am happily married to my wonderful husband, and we’ve been together since 2009. We have a blended family with three exceptional children. I love to travel and have explored many beautiful places around the world, including France, Italy, Costa Rica, Scotland, Panama, Switzerland, Hawaii, and more.
I also enjoy shopping, spending time with my family and friends, and appreciating the simple moments that keep me grounded and motivated. A few fun facts about me: I come from a large family with seven siblings, I can double-dutch, skate, sing, and drive a stick shift. I hope this gives you a glimpse into who I am, and I look forward to the journey ahead together.
