LGBTQIA Support

For individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or emotional overwhelm, Middle Lane Integrative Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space for open conversation and evidence-based support. Care focuses on identifying triggers and underlying contributors to suicidal ideation, developing personalized and clinically informed safety plans, strengthening coping skills and emotional regulation, increasing protective factors and community connection, and reducing shame and isolation through compassionate, trauma-informed care.

Teen Group Therapy

Teens gain tools to navigate school, friendships, and family relationships with greater confidence and resilience.

DBT Skills Group
A structured skills-based group focused on the four core areas of Dialectical Behavior Therapy: -Mindfulness -Distress Tolerance -Emotion Regulation -Interpersonal Effectiveness Participants learn practical strategies to manage intense emotions, reduce impulsive behaviors, and create healthier relationships. This group is beneficial for individuals seeking greater emotional stability and balance.

Coping Skills and Emotion Regulation Group
A skills-focused group designed to help individuals understand their emotional patterns and develop healthier reactions to stress. Participants learn: -Practical coping strategies -Techniques for reducing overwhelm -Tools for increasing emotional awareness -Mind-body approaches to staying grounded The group supports individuals seeking greater control, clarity, and emotional resilience.

Adult Group Therapy
A collaborative therapeutic environment where adults can explore shared experiences, strengthen insight, and build meaningful support networks. This group addresses stress, depression, relationship patterns, self-esteem, and life transitions. Participants learn strategies to enhance emotional regulation, problem-solving, and overall well-being.

Trauma Support Group
A trauma-informed, judgment-free space for individuals coping with the impact of traumatic experiences. This group emphasizes grounding techniques, emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and rebuilding trust. Participants learn to reduce shame, understand trauma responses, and gain support from others moving through similar healing journeys.

Substance Abuse
Group
This group provides a supportive, structured environment for individuals working to overcome substance use challenges. Participants learn to understand the underlying emotional, behavioral, and environmental factors that contribute to addiction. The group focuses on building healthier coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relapse-prevention skills, and fostering accountability. Members are encouraged to share experiences, reduce shame, and rebuild confidence while receiving guidance rooted in evidence-based, compassionate care.

Diagnosis and Treatment (at the clinician's discretion)
Referrals will be made to partnering psychiatric providers who can assist with the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions. These may include bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, borderline personality disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and other psychiatric conditions. Comprehensive wellness consultations and medication management are also available through referral to our psychiatric partners.
