Therapy Rates

At Middle Lane Integrative Therapy, PLLC, we believe investing in your mental health is invaluable, just as the relationships that enrich your life are. Our therapists are highly trained professionals committed to delivering personalized and effective care. We operate as a private pay practice and are out-of-network for all insurance providers. This may change in the future, but currently our fees are:

Doctorate-level Therapist (Ph.D.)

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $175.00 per session for adults and $150.00 per session for teens ages 13-17

Group Therapy

Group Therapy (50 minutes): $100.00 per session

Insurance

Although insurance is not accepted, a superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Payments

Billing is managed through your secure client portal using SimplePractice, ensuring that all payment information remains confidential and protected. Credit cards, debit cards, FSA, and HSA cards are accepted, and payments are processed at the end of each session.

4-Session Package: $650 savings $50.
8-Session Package: $1,200 savings $200.00.
12-Session Package: $1,750 savings $350

Teen Support Package

Includes 5 sessions (teen individual therapy + weekly check-in combo).
Great for families needing consistent therapeutic support.
Savings: $75.

Teen Therapy Packages

4-Session Package: $550 savings $50.
8-Session Package: $1,050 savings $150.

Group Therapy Packages

Includes 5 group therapy sessions (teen or adult).
